In the unlikely occurrence of receiving livestock that is Dead upon arrival (referred to as DOA) it is necessary to submit clear, unobstructed photos of the item taken inside and outside of its packaging within 24 hours of delivery. To qualify for a credit, it is essential to accept the initial delivery attempt. In the event that the product(s) is confirmed as DOA, you will be issued a store credit applicable to your next order for the dollar amount of your purchase. Please ensure that you finalize your DOA request by sending all documentation to coralsnmore@gmail.com. In the subject line please put DOA. If your request is approved you will receive store credit towards another item, excluding any shipping fees.
Purchases on all livestock are FINAL and can not be returned.
We do not cover any shipping costs for credited livestock.
Corals & More is not liable if your coral/fish purchase perishes due to negligence or unsuitable tank conditions which will be up to our discretion.
Coral Auctions
All invoices from coral auctions are sent out 24/72 hours after the auction.
Customers are advised to send their shipping details and specifications to our email at Coralsnmore@gmail.com or reach out to us via our Facebook page within 24 hours of the auction.
Customers of the auction will not be charged until our invoice is sent vie stores POS system for our customers satisfaction.
If the customer does not pay the invoice for the auction within 48 hours of receiving the invoice the auction they bid on will be voided.
